José Tomás Reyes Bujalanse has been elected as a preacher of the Holy Week of 2017. The president of the Association of Brotherhoods of Holy Week of Baena, Guillermo Iván Bernal, presented yesterday to the new preacher during the opening ceremony of the cofrade year that took place in the Parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe. José Tomás Reyes belongs to the Brotherhood of Nazarenes and is a dark-haired Jew of the fourth gang, both of whom belong to the Brotherhood of Our Father Jesus Nazarene.
The president of the Association of Brotherhoods, Guillermo Iván Bernal, stressed that for the first time the seven pennants of the different brotherhoods of Holy Week have been present at the opening ceremony of the cofrade year. He announced that a calendar with the different acts of brotherhoods and brotherhoods, "which were not previously officially communicated", is being prepared to be sent to Paths of Passion, with the aim of bringing the extensive cofrade activity abroad.
